Studio and Storage Spaces available for rent below market

On the 3rd and 2nd floors of the Fenn House (5638 S Woodlawn Ave, Chicago, IL 60637), SHoP offers studio and closet storage rentals per month from now til July 31st. We have rooms large and small, some outfitted with bathrooms and storage closets. Rates are below market in order to offer artists, activists, and members of the community an affordable and comfortable space to express themselves. We have plenty of rooms now available in this historic mansion! Start and end dates are flexible, but an end date of July 31st is preferred.
